Anybody out there have a set of HK speakers/amp laying around after doing a stereo upgrade that they want to sell? My daughter has the HK and after driving her MC the last few days it really makes the stock system sound not very impressive. This is one of those "must have" upgrades. I'm watching a complete set of speakers on ebay but there's no amp.

There is *2* amps on eBay at the moment. One going for peanuts while the other one is at almost $200. However, good luck trying to find the wiring that links the boost head unit to the H/K brain/amp as MINI will not sell that cable separately from their H/K retrofit kit. Oh search for "mini kardon" on eBay motors then these things should pop out..Actually, if you can buy the cable separately do let me know as I am in the market for this upgrade as well
