Purchased last summer/fall directly from Alta. I have just not gotten around to installing it and probably wont (admitting defeat due to to time constraints and self-motivation). I opened the package, but nothing more. Nothing has been cut or otherwise modified....it is all but brand-new. I can post pics if requested or simply email them if interested. $90 + shipping (weighs about 5 lbs from zip 74103).
