automatic Climate control

ok

but what does it take to put in in a car with normal climate control.. is it plug and play or do you have to take it in to be programmed??

This is a MUCH bigger job than just replacing the face of the unit. Not really worth attempting. . . . .

Agreed! There are servo motors for the air intake, servo motors for the air distribution, the sun sensor on the top of the dash. I would imagine that along with all the bits and pieces, there is also wiring harness. All of this stuff is buried behind the dash/firewall.

And then there is the software...

But, if somebody trashed your center console trying to steal the radio, and you already had auto-climate, it's probably worth getting.
