FS: Complete XM Commander Kit

Hi all,
I won this at a raffle and was going to install it into my 2002 but then came baby! This is more of my Mini projects I'm selling off to start a college fund! Anyway, this is a complete XM kit, never installed in a car. I did hook it up to a DC power supply and used it in my bedroom for a month or two....

This kit contains the tuner, an interface (for non-XM cars), a remote control, a RF input (sends the music in an antenna for non XM cars) and lots of cables! This will work in any year Mini.

Will sell for $100, you pay shipping!

Free bump and run...

I installed one of these in my 3-Series and hid the control unit in my ashtray (non-smoker!). Very stealthy!

For $100 you can't go wrong...and its been "pre-tested"! These are really nice units.

What is XM? How does it work? Is it like Sirius? If so, is there a subscription fee? What is the subscription cost? Thanks.

Just Googled XM and found out that the subscription cost is $9.99 per month.

XM= Serius but the checks go to different locations!

The line ups are a bit different. So you can look at the web sites to see how the offerings differ. I think Mini went with XM first, and Serius second.... But as I never put mine in the car...... I'm not the best authority!
