Wheels for sale

I am interested in your set of wheels. Do you know what the shipping would be to Maryland and what is the bottom price you are looking to get? My 2004 MCS has 16" wheels on it now so I would need to buy tires. Well, your wheels fit any year MCS?

Wheels for sale

Yes, I am very interested. My zip code is 21228. I hope the shipping is not too much because I will still need to buy tires for the wheels due to my wheels are only 16". I have only had my 2004 MCS for a month and only have 1300 miles on it. It is indi blue and I think your wheels will look great. My tires are run flats and with no spare tire I need to buy run flats again for the new wheels. Do you know how much I will have to pay for tires?

check out tirerack for runflat $$$. i believe they are a bit expensive ~$300 per tire.

personally, and i believe most everybody on nam, would recommend going for anything but runflats. simply said runflats are harsh, expensive, and not exactly performance oriented. plus, i think some owners have reported damaging the side walls just from hitting potholes, requiring replacement tire.

the only benefit i can think of for the runflats is the fact that if you get a flat, you have ~25-50 additional miles to get to a dealer or shop to get a replacement. otherwise, for the rest of us with non-runflats, we just gotta use fix-a-flat to get us to the next shop, or call the tow truck. now this is for those with the mcs, which has no spare. of course, the mc has a spare under the rear.

i guess ultimately it depends on what area you live in. for me, since i live on an island, and a heavily populated one at that, there is pretty much tow service and/or a shop almost anywhere within a few miles. that'd definitely be a different matter for those in the countryish areas.

one other problem with runflats is that because they're so stiff, not all shops are able/willing to mount them on your rims.
