Glen, I can send more pics if you want to send your email. Armrest screws into rear cupholder easily(no damage) with included bracket and screws.( I put a piece of sticky fuzzy fabric to cover screws, but can hardly see them anyway unless sitting in back looking straight down into cupholder) and top leather part slides forward to open a 'secret' compartment.
