The '04 headunit does not play MP3's from the factory.
Sorry if you were looking for an aftermarket head unit, but sounded like you want stock. As far as i know (i asked if they had it when ordering in NOV for my DEC 03 build) they dont make one from the factory. Closest you'll get is a cd changer, and that is a piece of cake to install.
