I've just completed my stereo upgrades in my 2003 MCS and have my HK speakers, head unit, and amp up for sale. The HK is a decent set up but my ZAPCO amp is too much muscle for my HK speakers.

The new ZAPCO amps I had installed a while back were too much power for my HK speakers and were producing a distorted sound. So to avoid damage to the HKs I had them replaced with speakers that can handle the load of my ZAPCO amp.

The head unit and amp will give you problems if you don't have the proper wiring harnesses for these. There are some theads on marketplace that explains this partcular issue.
