I want a tasteful gold charm of a MINI Cooper for my girlfriend for her birthday. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one of these?

 

Haven't seen one. But if you get "creative" you might want to get one of those neat "Autoart" MINI Cooper keychains (I think they are either 1/67 or 1/72 scale), take apart the keyring assembly and modify it for a neck chain. They come in silver (But they are die cast) or maybe paint it in gold. When your girlfriend sees the amount of effort you put into it, I am sure she will like it a lot.

I'm in the jewerly biz... Let me talk to my boss and see if I can't get some made custom. Off the top of my head, maybe a solid design similar to the silhouettes found on this site. I'm not promising anything... custom designs like this get complicated and can be expensive (reason we don't do much customs). The first cast is expensive... if there is interest in more, it might not be so bad.

 

I wear a sterling one around my neck. It IS a classic Mini though. I've seen the same item on eBay going for about $10, maybe you could get a silver one and get it gold plated?
