I just gave MINI the specs for my new MCS. Woohoo! Only a little over 5 months on the waiting list. The car arrives sometime in November.

Anyway, I'm planning putting my own wheels on the car, so I'll have the "stock" 17" S Spokes and runflats available for sale as soon as the car arrives. And since I'm just now putting in the order, it's not too late to specify the wheel color and tire-type. (All Season, or Performance)

So, is anyone interested in ordering now? As it stands, I've specified silver wheels with performance runflats. If somebody would like to buy a different flavor from me (again, in November) let me know this weekend so I can change my order. (You have to convince me that you're darn serious too.) :smile:

Price? Well, the going price on eBay seems to be US$900, so let's go with that, plus shipping. I'm in Pleasanton, CA, so any Northern California folks will have the inside track. Road trip!!!

I am looking for S-Spokes (White) with All-Seasons on them. My Mini is being built right now and will be ready for pick up in October. I live in Colorado.

 

Since we're getting down to the wire for choosing the color, could folks please make any last minute bids over on the evil-twin of this thread on MINI2? In retrospect, I shouldn't have posted this offer on both forums; it just confuses things. (But I like BOTH forums!)

Okay, after seeing Jeff's winning (and very last-minute!) bid for $800 over on MINI2, I gave East Bay MINI a call and changed my MCS order to include white S Spokes shod with All Season runflats.

Jeff, why don't you shoot me an email and we'll start working out the particulars of how we're gonna make the exchange. I'll have my production number by later on today so maybe I'll be able to give you a fairly accurate delivery date.
