I just got my Chili Cooper and I love it! I like the 16" Star Wheels that came on the car, but my favorite are the V-Spoke.

I was wondering if anyone would like to trade? I have 700 miles on my MINI so far and the wheels are mint. I would trade just the wheels or wheels and tires. I have performance tires on mine, but wouldn't mind the all-season that come with the V-Spoke if the miles and conditions are similar. I posted this ad on Mini2 also.

Here a lateral thought for you. Buy an extra set of 15" holeys with all season tires for winter use. Sell your "stars" and buy a set of lightweight 16" aftermarket wheels with regular (not run flat) high performance tires. You'll be pleased with the performance improvement.

I got a set of 15" holey "take-offs" from the dealer for $500. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my MINI felt peppier with the lighter wheel/tire combination.

 

Where are you located? (besides your livingroom) I would be interested but only if it is local. I don't want to add any shipping charges into it. I have r-84s that were taken off at the dealer before delivery.
