Notations:
1) Arizona MVD title is held in my name and is clear of liens.
2) No service records nor documentation of modifications performed on behalf of the previous original owner were furnished upon my purchase. Interested prospective buyers should review my (sig) thread topic which outlines discoveries and project updates to bring this R53 to its current modification specification. It became clear that the original owner already had selling regrets by the time I paid his full asking price, with subsequent requests for details on what work was done unsuccessful. The majority of the 4,026 miles on the car when I bought it was from the original owner driving it roundtrip from Phoenix AZ to the Santa Rosa CA area where modifications were performed. A phone discussion with the MINI dealer service manager claimed to have performed that work determined no records of modifications on this VIN were retained - quite likely not to void the new car warranty in effect at that time.
3) The OEM shifter **** will be included along with the RaceSeng installed now. Shown is a Garmin GPS on vehicle-specific ProClip mount which could be included, depending.
4) Not shown is a small 12v compressor kept in the boot if needed for non-runflat tires, which could be included, depending.
5) Not shown are custom USA-made charcoal grey sheepskin covers I bought soon after purchase, which protect the bottom and backrest cushion portions. The OEM cloth seats are not stained nor damaged. Pics of the sheepskin covers installed are available upon request.
6) Multiple additional pictures showing condition details of the engine and chassis available upon request.

I listed this R53 today on Bring a Trailer on Reserve price basis, obviously not being disclosed.
I'll leave this ad open until the listing goes live, in case of any questions by prospective bidders.
Per BaT rules, a subsequent sale near term would be on that venue vs private party basis here.
