idk if you'd be interested but I have a 2014 focus st FBO ,cobb tuned AND I have over 6k worth of next level power adders like garret gtx2967r , COMPLETE radium auxiliary fuel system, piper cams with cylinder head ectectect..
I just really REALLY miss rocking my mini..the focus has no issues, no cel or anything.. also under 5k miles on the dunlop sp600 tires.
something you'd consider? .
It is the st3..

After all the time and money you put in to that R58....why the frig did you sell it????
Or did I miss something?
every panel had HUGE dents , thats why it was wrapped the way it was , to hide them. Only the roof was replaced.. amd for me , half the fun s tracking down parts and playing with the car. It unfortunately got caught in a NASTY Colorado hail storm.. I also bought it with a list of engine issues.
BTW, live in se Wisconsin but idc ,I'd drive down there , lol it would give me an excuse to take a trip.
I did forget though the focus has rock chips in the hood that are yuk and few spider webs in the front bumper. But just yesterday I did a valve cleaning when i installed the catchcan..
As much as I miss minis I haven't fully been out the mini game , I still rock my clubman here and there to keep it fresh because it is going to be my daughters 1st car in a few months. She already has been practicing driving in it and loooooooves it already. So I'd love to get my self a mini too again.. here's hers. Pretty much stock other than coilovers , few other suspension mods and 16s.

No worries.
I also find a lot of fun in the modding/repair side of ownership, but generally I don't walk away from something I've invested heavily in. I used to buy and flip cars, made a few coins to help offset the cost of mods for my keepers, but live in a condo now and can't get away with that kind of stuff. I'm fortunate to have decent neighbors who don't harass me about wrenching on my own stuff, so I don't want to push it.
My daily is an R55s. I love it, has plenty of room for 4 real adults and I can haul most of what I need to for my business with it. I had a 2011 Jetta TDI wagon before and was going to buy an R58 as a 'weekend' fun car, but someone totaled the Jetta and I wound up with the R55. Then last year the wife's R56s blew a valve so we bought an R58s to replace it, and oh man...those Coupes are totally different. Then she totaled it back in February and now I'm in the middle of reviving the R56. Head is back on, will probably get the mechanicals back together tonight then it's reassemble the cooling system and front end, make sure it runs and then refresh the brakes and suspension.
