this unit has been remanufactured, not sure if it was dealer installed or not, car had original BMW belt leading to believe it was dealer installed , no play what so ever , oil is 100% on level ,
it has aftermarket magnetic drain plugs front and rear
17% alta pulley
it was removed just like pictured , this has not been cleaned in any way , if you need more pictures or have questions PM .
Just FYI, that 1374 belt is way too long for a 17% pulley (assuming stock other components/pulleys).
Proper belt for just a -17% pulley is a 6PK1353.
The 1374 belt is the proper belt for JCW -11% pulley with stock other components.
another good indication it was probably dealer installed , because that's what was on there , i only listed the belt for wear and tear comparison if i had to guess that belt doesn't have more than 20k miles on it , if you notice its cut off , im not in the business of selling used belts , car also had a new AC compressor and alternator .

because i been doing this for to long , the only way it would have magnetic drain plugs is if a repair facility installed them , the unit was clean just like you see in the pictures acid washed , the inside looks brand new, and if i send you a video , this thing does not have the slightest play what so ever when you move the pulley , the gears are tight like everything is brand new in there .
also have a 45k original unit from a 2006 im willing to sell , i need to keep one for my convertible build , can sell either one .

he said he was opening up a business and was low on cash , most of those guys are looking for a $100 $200 units
but those cheap 100k+ mile units have no oil left inside and have mayor ware .
