Hi all,
One of my lower door speakers developed a buzzing sound at volume so I bought these as a replacement and upgrade. When I realized fitting them wasn't going to be so simple and I was in the process of selling my R56, I went with an OEM speaker.
I got these from Crutchfield along with the $5 installation kit and the free mounting brackets (and no holes line up in the brackets - how helpful /s). Obviously I overpaid at Crutchfield.
I've had them sitting at $40 on FB Marketplace for a while and have had offers of more like "I'll do you a great favor and take these off your hands for $20".
I'd rather donate them to a fellow MINI enthusiast for the cost of shipping (or local pickup) than deal with FB. I put $10 in the price but you can have them for the cost of shipping. Otherwise I'll donate to a local charity.
