I am picking up a 2016 Manual Countryman JCW and I really want the carbon fiber JCW manual shift **** for it. These are apparently a white whale of a part but I am holding out hope that someone from a Mini community somewhere either has one they want to sell or knows where I might be able to find one. If anyone has one for sale, or knows of one that I can purchase, I'd be much obliged. Attached photos are for reference.

That part you listed is for the R53 not R60 Countryman. It's also missing it's lower collar.

There is one for sale on eBay from Latvia brand new.
If you really want the one that you've pictured, there is also one on eBay from a legitimate seller in Canada.

Some people take the Gen 3 F56 JCW **** and mod to fit the Gen 2 MINI. Its the closest to that original design
