This is the "Home Link" Mirror for the F-Series cars it has the following features:
(3) Home Link programable Buttons
Alarm LED
Compass
Self Dimming Function

Included in the kit is the connector you would have to add if your car does not already have one, and the Wires you may need to add (Both OEM parts).  Depending on what function / level of mirror you have already you may or may not need the connector.

The mirror does most likely need at least 2 wires added and some very simple programming with Bimmercode.
