I bought this salvage hood for my R53... and as it turns out the stripes were painted on, and by someone who shouldn't paint things since the clearcoat started failing basically immediately.  If you are going to wrap your car and just need a non-dented Cooper S hood? I would hit it with some rattle can primer, then wrap it, and it will be perfect.  Local pickup in Atlanta only, as soon as possible given I'm moving soon and need it out of my side yard.
