Description:
Brand New NOS head bought from Germany approx 2yrs ago. Never out of the plastic. Box opened. Was going to have a fully ported and polished, big valve head done, but have bought a new, factory long block instead. Paid about 850-900usd plus customs. Shipping will be whatever the actual shipping cost via local UPS store. I'm guessing around 45-65.00 but I'll have it weighed and cost verified before billing the buyer.

I bought two of them myself. If there from the same guy (99% sure based on location and timeline) you should have it checked. They were heads that didn't make the cut and have some sort of casting defect. Of the two one was able to be portable and the other needs to be re-decked to the point it possibly may not be useable. Not trying to rain on your parade and my not be the case for yours but a quick check at the machine shop would go a long way.

Old thread, but did have head checked and it was fine. Bought a new factory motor so this extra head is being ported locally and I'll put it in this winter. Just updating that my experience is fine with these nos heads according to my local machine shop.
