Powerflex Lower Engine Mount Polyurathane Bushing assembly for MINI Cooper and Cooper S R50 R52 R53 02-06. This is an OEM MINI lower mount that was used.  WMW took the worn out rubber bushings and pressed them out and replaced both ends with the powerflex large complete bushing replacement.  And the complete small end powerflex replacement.  These powerflex polyurethane bushings will stiffen up the engine, and help secure it. Helping keep then engine from rocking so much under hard acceleration and braking. Easy install, remove the lower engine mount and install this complete replacement and your on your way. 
This mount is also adjustable.  The black insert in the middle you see can be removed to make it softer, or leave it in for less flex and better power transfer.

 
WMW did this preassembled part to make install as simple as possible for you without having to press out the old bushings.  Remember the aluminum part is a used part WMW cleans and inspects then presses in the new powerflex bushing.
