2002 John Cooper Works R53 Mini, track car.  I purchased the car 15 years ago when it was a pristine nicely modified street legal JCW.  Since that time, it has been thoughtfully modified into its current track only condition.  The car has always been meticulously maintained. Since I’ve owned it has been serviced and prepared only by experienced race specialty shops.   

Minis are bullet proof, and parts are available and reasonable. All maintenance is up to date with engine, transmission, and brake fluids all fresh. It was recently corner balanced, and the suspension is dialed in. I would suggest a fresh set of tires. Otherwise, it is ready to take to the track

The car is perfect for track days, TT, or autocross.  If one wanted to race wheel to wheel all it needs is a middle drivers net and fire suppression system.  I hate to see this car go.  I have loved it for many years. But I’m not using it and it should find a new home with someone who will drive it.
