Selling because I need to make space for some other projects. 
This is an R53 MINI Cooper S. RMW-built engine. About 8k miles on the engine build. Not tracked. I bought this with the intention of turning it into a wheel 2 wheel car, but have gone a different direction.

The body is 6/10. There are a couple dings around the car that could be removed with PDR. Some rock chips on the front end. The rear bumper has some nicks and sun fade. The plastic trim could use some restoration but that can be done with a torch and some ceramic protection afterward. The paint is weathered but comes back to life easily with a paint correction (see last photo for a test single stage paint correction).

It has a carbon fiber hoodscoop that the previous owner plastidipped over. That can be removed as it's peeling. Same with the rear spoiler. 

Interior isn't bad. It's full street car. New black headliner. Cloth seats. R56 rear seats. It's missing the dome light.

It runs strong. Might need a new pulley damper. It's a little loud. Those fluidgel ones always tend to make noise over time. When I refreshed the engine, it wasn't making noise. It might just need to be run more often as I'm only running it once every two weeks or so right now while it's being stored.

Willing to put it on a trailer for you and ship it, or can trailer it to you. It's not registered or insured currently.
