For SaleWhats highly inappropriate about an observation? No one is criticizing lack of activity, I'm not the most active member myself. But like I said, returning to the forums with a ton of new and expensive postings back to back and no seller feedback is suspicious. When you've been burned by online sellers you start to notice patterns and unusual behavior is sometimes more obvious in hindsight. You're free to defend OP and think differently just as much as I am free to openly criticize, so get off your high horse.
This seller is *CLEARLY* not what I'd call suspicious in any way shape or form. Solely going by the exclusive items that he is presenting for sale (some of which are virtually unknown because they are so rare), you should be bowing down and saying "I'm not worthy".... Revel at his for sale posts, because you will not likely ever see such a collection of goodies at the same time ever again. Like others have said (including the seller), feel free to make contact before you buy, so that you can enact a 'trust but verify' mantra. Again, I understand being overly cautious because of your past encounters with actual fraudulent actors, but I think it's quite clear in this case, it's about as far from nefarious activity as it gets.
OP has a a bunch of other listings, a few of them also "rare" items at ridiculous prices.... 20 new "for-sale" postings within a month is kind of fishy if you ask me. Also this account has a gap in posting for 12 years....last post was in 2010 and then all of a sudden a TON of for-sale listings? Its not even a part-out, its just random overpriced parts.
And the guy defending him MiniManAdam has a similar style of selling so that kind of checks out too. A bunch of his listings read like a cheesy car salesman "better act fast!" or "I''ll throw in a (unrelated item) for FREE!".
Both of you seem pretty sketchy, but I definitely wouldn't buy anything from OP.

Having been scammed recently here on the NAM Marketplace myself, (moderators still haven't responded to my reports BTW), I totally understand your trepidation and hesitation. But the scammers that come on this site *ALWAYS* are brand new sign-ups, with 0, 1 or 2 posts at the most. They are especially attacking the WTB ads and will post their email address claiming to have the part in need. They will only accept PayPal (F&F), Venmo, Zelle, etc. and they will ******** you on email until you either agree to pay or you walk away.

they need to also ban addresses not email addresses. Again, there's ways around it but again it weeds out most and combined with the limit to post in this for sale section. I think implementing those 2x features to help protect the nam community would be very beneficial. Paypal is also good to at preventing b.s..just suck it up and pay the minor extra fee if you don't trust the seller. I know sometimes every dollar I'd tight but better safe than sorry.
just my 2 cents...
HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL !!!!!
STAY SAFE , HAPPY N HEALTHY N MOTOR ON !!!!!!!
