Hello all, I made this post with the diagnosis from a mechanic saying it was rod knock but I took everything apart and found out it actually was a spark plug that blew and broke one of my valves. Unfortunately, the rmw head is toast and not functioning. BUT, my rmw cam is in perfect condition obviously as it has literally 200 miles. So that being said, everything BUT my cylinder head and piston #1 is for sale. Surprisingly, not one scratch on the cylinder walls of the block in cylinder 1 so block is still perfect. Again car has 185k. 
Many new parts. Almost everything (mechanically) you can think of in this car either used but works 100% or works and is new. Let me know what your interested in!
