The Issues:

CEL - Car has an intermittent CEL for 3rd cylinder misfire
Compression and Leakdown performed in 8/2022 showed all cylinders between 110-130. Healthy Mini engines should be in 150-160. This car will likely need a top end/valve job in the future, depending on how you treat it. Check the oil regularly (every 3rd gas fill) and you will get more life out of it. If not, it might eat a valve and leave you stranded.

Control arm bushings are noisy, I would put R56 aluminum control arms on with new urethane bushings.
The oil change intervals are 15k on this car, I do it at 8k and check it regularly.
I have only put 5k on it in 4 years.

Why I’m selling:
I no longer need the car, it was a car that I drove to work (6mi/day), could park in the city easily and something I could lend to friends if they needed to borrow a car. I work from home now.
