Description:

I've got a set of Godspeed Maxx coilovers(NOT THE CHEAP PURPLE MONO SS ONES) for sale. These were removed in good working order from my 2005 Cooper S. I removed them to go to stock suspension because about half of my driving is on either dirt or extremely rough roads, and the ride height combined with the stiffer ride on these was a hair too rough for me.

I think I've included everything necessary to install, and I'll also be including a set of wheel spacers that were on my car when I bought it. These coilovers do NOT clear the stock 17" wheels without spacers.

The coilovers are in good condition, the only issue with them is a slightly bent sway link tab on the front right corner. The rear mounts are worn, but they're OEM MINI mounts that I happened to remove with the coilovers. Use your existing rear mounts or replace when you do the install.

$250 shipped or $200 picked up in North Central Missouri, OR BEST OFFER. I'll ship them FedEx or UPS, whichever is more reasonable for the buyer's address.

I'm having a hard time finding any reviews on these for R53's
How much stiffer do you think these ride compared to the stock suspension?
Can you list any pros and cons about them in general?

Fair bit stiffer, but they are adjustable.

Pros: Stiffer than stock, more planted feel, better handling, adjustable ride height, adjustable front camber, lighter weight, built-in Strut Tower Defenders, OEM style ABS and brake line brackets, easy install.

Cons: Stiffer than stock, highest ride height available is still lower than stock(about 3/4 inch), transmit slightly more road/tire noise through strut tower mounts, require wheel spacers in the front(included).

Overall, if you live somewhere with decent roads, they're a great upgrade. If you live/work somewhere with terrible roads and lots of dirt roads(like me!) , they're a bit too harsh, at least for me.

PMs replied to, sorry for the slow responses everyone, I either didn't get or didn't see the email notifications from NAM about the thread or PMs.
