Overall great shape, paint is nice and glossy.  Includes all hardware needed to install.  Also includes a base-model OEM spoiler, which you will need to use if you have an S or JCW.

I added spacers to the attachment points, so the wing sits correctly in the supports; the factory design is really sloppy and was causing misalignment.  Pics show a tiny crack, and paint wear on parts that fit together.  None of this really notiable when installed.
