Mini R53: "Mk I" Mini Cooper S 2002 - 2006
Description:

This is the second pair of Koni Yellows I have had on this  R53 JCW.  These are an excellent sport shock for aggressive street driving , autocross or track use. These have approximately 1000 mostly track miles on them. So lots of life left.. I decided to upgrade to JRZ pros. The JRZ's are obviously  better then the Koni's. But not as much as you might hope given the $4500 price difference !

I will include the springs that I used with the Yellows. Or obviously you can supply your own. Note the springs  are Eibachs in front and Mini Mania in the back. They are lowering springs and provide for a very balanced ride. I don't have the little white **** to adjust the dampening since they wouldn't fit in my setup, but a screwdriver works great.

Asking $325 OBO  plus shipping. These shocks and springs are heavy so shipping won't be inexpensive. They will ship in the box the JRZ's came in from Germany. PayPal preferred.

I received several requests for pictures showing ride height. In all pictures the car is on 17x7 " wheels. (For sale soon) There are no modifications to the fenders.

The track picture is at Buttonwillow. Even with full Aero and heavy cornering there was no front tire rubbing.

Were you running spacers front and rear?

Spacers in front no spacers in back. ( I think 3mm) The only reason I use spacers is to clear the oversized brakes in front.

I just got a FedEx shipping quote for the shocks and spring from Southern California to Mid-Ohio for $70.

CHAV I tried to send you a PM with the above quote and received a message that your mailbox was full and not accepting further messages.
