These are practically brand new. I had them installed for a month. These are awesome! They have 3 different modes. The daytime LED running light comes on with ignition (half halo), when lights are on, the full halo and then when fog light button engaged, the center LED and full halo.
I paid $550 which included shipping and taxes. These have since been discontinued.
