Description:

Great working condition. Upgraded to Koni/Swift so no longer need these. As the title states, approx 41k mileage on them. They we're originally on a 2013 MCS. Includes bump stops. Can ship at buyer's expense but prefer local pickup due to weight.

Not sure, I have never owned an r53. Just did a quick google search and says yes it works for the most part. I would highly recommend you research more though.
