Bone stock, well-equipped factory JCW Mini Cooper with 70K miles located in West LA / SoCal. I'm the 2nd owner (wife's car), and we purchased it in June 2015 with 45K miles. No accidents, free and clear title on hand. Never tracked or smoked in. It's an amazing car, but we picked up a new electric car and unfortunately have no room for this in the garage.

Cosmetically very clean for a ~10 year old car. There are a couple of small rock chips in the windshield that hasn't affected integrity, some road rash on all 4 wheels, and a small dent to the right of the license plate that should be easily repairable w/ PDR (it never bother us enough to since it's only visible at certain angles if you look closely). On the interior, there's some peeling on the plastic on the steering wheel as you can see from the pictures.

We've stayed on top of annual maintenance per recommendations and have fixed any age- or wear-related items at the dealer or a reputable indie shop. We can provide the service records for everything and the last inspection was performed by MMS Autosport with the most recent service on 2/10/21. We've monitored the engine oil level religiously since we're aware that oil consumption is a common characteristic of these engines, and have topped it off regularly with ACEA A3/B3 & BMW LL01 approved synthetic oil.

Full set of brakes were replaced November 2019. Tires are getting within the last couple of mm — figuring the new owner would be particular about which tires to get, we've opted not to replace them and the price takes that into account.
