I had them rebuilt by KW back in 2017 and have been daily driving them since. They've also seen 2 track days. Fantastic set of suspension. Way more comfortable than stock while being just as if not more sporty/performance oriented.
One of the rear dampers appears to be leaking, but the other 3 are in great shape, albeit a bit dirty. Springs have worn paint and some show rusty spots, but it appears to be only surface rust.
Local preferred. I've been quoted at $130 from Fedex to package and ship to Florida. Buyer would pay shipping, and I personally can not guarantee the condition of the coilovers when they arrive, as I would let Fedex handle the packaging.
I purposefully posted dirty photos of the coilovers as I pulled them off the car so you can see the extent of how dirty/oily they got.
12/12/2021 - Pulled them out and cleaned them up a bit. Posted pics of each damper with all included bits and pieces.
2/20/2022 - Just for added clarity, these coilovers are designed to fit the R56 MCS. They may fit other Minis but you'll have to verify that.
3/6/2022 - Got a quote of $130 from Fedex to ship to Florida.
10/28/2022 - SOLD

Does KW paint their coil springs , because it appears the finish is bubbling underneath?
I believe KW uses some kind of flexible epoxy paint or something. When I first got the coilovers the original paint was all worn out and the springs were rusty underneath so I did the best I could with wire brushes, wire wheels, and rust converter to clean up the springs and repainted them yellow. It looks like there's some surface rust building up again under the paint of the 2 rear springs.
So I have an 07 mini cooper s i think these should fit it problem is im in south florida.. if you would ship do I need anything else? Right now i just bought the car few weeks ago, its not lowered or anything but has aftermarket wheels and tires, the tires are 225 35 18 and with nothing in the car it rides alittle stiff but not bad when someone is in the back and you hit a bump it sounds bad lol how are these for daily driving? would you consider shipping them? 33414 is the zip

Hey apologies for the late response. I took the coilovers to Fedex and got a quote shipped to your ZIP. You'd be looking at like $130 shipped Fedex Ground.
In answer to your other questions, the coilovers themselves use your stock upper strut mounts, so you'd have to take those off your original suspension and put them on the KWs. Or get a new set of upper mounts.
The KWs are a fantastic daily driving setup. Way nicer than the stock suspension. The stock struts were super stiff and felt jittery or crashy over bumps. The KWs actually absorb road imperfections and make for a smoother ride.
I'm not sure if you'd need to run spacers to clear your tires. My 215/45/r17 tires on 17x8 +45 wheels rubbed in the rear slightly when the car was heavily loaded, and rubbed in the front under more aggressive driving.
