2003 Mini Cooper S
Great drivers car.  Zero mechanical issues.  I'm 3rd owner, first two were parents and then son who was a mechanic and did extensive refurbishing.

@77K miles:
1) New clutch (Valeo clutch and flywheel with new output shaft seals
2) Quaife LSD from Mountune (rebuilt transmission seals and throw out bushings
3) Dropped subframe and replaced inner/outer ball joints, LCA bushings (powerflex), new power steering hoses, all new gaskets (valve cover with new bolts, oil filter, cooler, oil pan, crank position sensor, all new engine mounts (upper transmission and lower)
4) replaced all suspension with red Koni FSDs, upper top hats, fixed camber plates, new ABS sensors, knuckles (1.3 camber), front and rear sway bar bushings, sway bar end links
5) engine (new 1+ colder JCW plugs, JCW intake, JCW 380cc injectors, new NTK O2 sensors, facelift JCW tune, supercharger oil change, 17% pulley), new PNW crank dampener, tensioner belt, ilder pully, ENGINE DOESNT BURN OIL
6) Cooling system - new overflow tank, new OEM waterpump, coolant flush, new fan resistor
7) Body - facelift blacked out headlights, aero grill, LED rear taillights, rust proofed door seals, NO RUST BELOW TAILS, wheels R112 with general G-MAX summer rubber
8) Interior - very good condition original seats, OEM facelift steering wheel with carbon inserts
9) New speakers and tweeters with aux input for factor stereo
10) recent replacement of drivers seat seatbelt to get rid of airbag light (NO WARNING LIGHTS)
11) replaced headlight ballasts/HID with morimotos on both sides
12) Drivers side window regulator/motor replaced with new units.  Works perfectly now.  No issues with passenger side thus far.
13) New windshield coming

The Bad:
Car was in two small fender benders at low speed in parking lots as a result there is still a dent below driver tail.  

Scattered dents as one would expect and some touched up chips on hood.
