Not sure which Mike you are referring to but this Mike thought the group changed it back to Sundays, which was one of the reasons I wasn't there anymore. Saturdays would be better for me but this week my fire will be on a trip with my MINI so it's a no go for me this time.

 

this says Saturdays, I believe the FB page says Sundays (not sure, I don't FB); I'll be there Saturday if I get off of work at a decent hour.

 

I'll show up saturday and see whats up maybe roll out somewhere for a beer. If no one shows up no prob there's always next month. I'll still roll out for a beer though. Can't pass up beer.

good group of guys on there with a fair mix of cars, mostly scoobies, but they're alright .............they usually have weekly meets for dinner, Frankie's fun park for gokarts, etc. Have to register to view anything

After seeing your car I think I do want to lower mine but not too much. I don't want to **** up the bumper on the mini like I did on my E46.

I've been doing quite a bit of maintenance over the last month or so and would love to meet up and kick tires.

I'm also looking for a shop familiar with the R53 for some work. I need lower control arm bushings installed and don't have much here in the way of tools.

Was thinking about seeing if anyone wanted to meet at the car show this weekend (I'll get last Sat paper and get the time/place) just to check a few things out.

 

there's a big (30+cars already signed up) BMW meet Sunday (26th) under the Ravenel Bridge (Mt. Pleasant side) at noon. Gonna try and make it to that, looks like its very informal; meet there, hangout and BS for a bit, then cruise to Hooters in N Charleston about 1 pm.

 

My friend with a 335i was talking about meeting with fellow bmw owners under ravenel, i might have to talk to him and come out

 

I'm probably out. Supposed to be going tubing down the river but if that falls through I'll go hang with car people.

we were there til 1;then hauled butt to Hooters. Biggest car meet I've been to in Charleston. Haven't seen that many M5s and M3s outside a carlot before. Some really beautimus cars were there.

think I'm gonna try and get up and go to the Cars&Coffee at the Atlanta Bread Co.in Mt Pleasant. It's at 0800 so it's iffy, lol. I went a couple of weeks ago and there were some really nice cars there, Ferrari 512, Aston DB6, Maz Ghibli, Shelby Cobra, GT40 all showed up, only one other MINI besides me, some newer BMWs, a few Mustangs.... nice selection for the gearheads

 

Is that at 0800 today? Is there a link to more details somewhere?

 

Since we're meeting at Tanger we can go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I still have no other plans so I should be at Dunkin Donuts at 1 PM.

The other meet would be nice but I probably won't make it. It's too early for me on a weekend.
