Update: I had the car run on a dyno this afternoon. Best of three runs came up with 179.9hp at about 6,700 rpm and 151.6lbsft at about 3,600 rpm at the wheels. These print-outs don't have a lot of info on them - the whole set-up seemed fairly low-end. I don't know if anything is SAE or otherwise adjusted, but fwiw the shop door was open and it was about 65 degrees and cloudy out.

If we do a 15% adjustment for driveline loss, it comes out to 207hp and 176lbsft - right where it should be; a couple lbs off for the torque. I still think the car feels less peppy than it has in the past, and that it really seems to "working hard" under hard acceleration. It was suggested that I might replace the plugs if it's been a while. Gonna try that, and have a few other things poked around. Someone else offered that the sc rotor seals might be worn, which would seem to jibe with lower boost readings.

The power you are putting down sounds about right for a bone stock JCW.
