I'm new to this Mini game, but have been thinking about Mini's for quite some time. So this year I finally decided to get one and I was very lucky when this particular specimen came by. It's a 2006 JCW with 210bhp in Park Lane trim with Chronopack in metallic black. I absolutely love it, but I am planning for the big 100k service. I like to work/service my own cars and I like to learn from all cars which I own. I haven't driven a supercharged car before, but I am not a newbie in the turbo game :P

The JCW is my projectcar/weekend car, my daily driver is a Volvo S80 2.4T with about 240bhp.

I have plenty of plans with the JCW, but let's start with a good stage 0, which I will do thoroughly (full service+all new filters, new O2 sensor, fuel pump, injector service, etc etc).




It already has some upgrades, like carbon trim and the JCW carbon spoiler

Nice mini. I just got my 03 JCW. And my wife actually has a Volvo, but it’s a leased new S60. Super nice.

 

I just noticed your thread (reply incoming ). 5 cilinder turbo with 3" turboback stainless exhaust sounds super nice
