Hi, first of all it is good to be a mini man again. I have been sifting through info on how to get my android phone to play Spotify . I know iPhone only but I thought I read somewhere 2014 roadster with mini connect might be able to be set up to function. How do I do this and for sound quality what is the best way to go?

Can't help you sorry. But this would be better to post in one of the Gen 2 Mini forums, probably the R56 Hatchback one (same Mini Connected system as your R59 Roadster). The Gen3 F56 cars' might have a different connection scheme.
