I would love to see a picture of your car sitting that low! Is it flush? Must look awesome! My first car I bought was a 95 Honda accord. I had the very first set of 18 inch wheels made by racing hart. I had that thing slammed 3 inches down. My poor cat nearly got rubbed off on speed bumps. Not practical, but it looked cool! LOL

Looks awesome! Those are 235's? That is rad. I run 215/40on an 18 inch wheel. I have all the suspension in my signature that I am putting on Monday. I will see if I need Big spacers so I can run flash. There are some 5 mm spacers on it just because I had them laying around. But with a 75 mm stud bolt I have plenty of threads to push the wheels out. . I can't remember what the offset was of my wheel. My tires are new, but you have inspired me to look at a wider tires when I wear these ones out. Thanks again for sending the pic!

I know this may not be a direct comparison but I had H&R springs on an E46 M3, then changed to swift, and I cant tell you linear springs are the way to go. Those H&R will give you the slammed look but at the same time will be ALOT harsher than swift springs (something about them is more smooth feeling). Also heard good things about TSW which I think is also a linear springs. Im looking into doing springs for my JCW, but I suggest you consider linear over progressive rate springs!
