How to get to JCW reverse light bulb?

I have an R56 Mini S with the JCW bumpers on it which means the reverse light is down in the bumper. I am trying to figure out how I am supposed to change the reverse light bulb as it is not obvious. All of the videos and how to articles I have found are for the non JCW bumper cars where the bulb is in the tail light housing.

Am I supposed to remove the rear wheel liner and access it from the back of the housing or am I supposed to palm and pry the lens off?

If it matters I also have the GP full aero under trays.

Any thoughts?

If you go in from under the car do you see the socket? . . oh crap you have under trays, That is probably blocking access.

I have GP2 underbody, you just look under the car and you can stick your hand up from the bottom of the rear bumper, super easy, 10 second job. Twist the socket and the bulb comes out.
