Help me clean up my suspension

My 04 with JCW suspension needs a suspension tune up. I'd like to replace any bushings and maybe get springs a bit lower than the JCW units (keep the struts?) and get an H-sport rear bar.

This car is a DD so I'm looking for decent ride. Are TSW springs a good option or is it too similar to the JCW stuff to make the change.

I'm new to MINI stuff but I do love the prices of the mods compared to my BMW's.

That's what I'm thinking. They have to be close if not mostly dead now.

Most folks like knoi sports if lowered (fsd's are great, but NOT an option if lowered ((even JCW)), but mostly a comfort thing)..bilsteins tend to be a bit stiff for a mini...
Tsw is about the same as the JCW I think...
Since the mini is distance challaged (suspension travel wise), I would caution you that lowering springs are for looks...not for a better ride....
My OEM struts were tired after about 40,000 miles...as Delphi units, they are NOT IMO long lived parts like on some makes....

Well there is always going to some compromise with looks and comfort. I have bilsteins on my e30 and would have preferred koni's. Maybe a streetable coilover is the answer.
