Bunch of questions from a newbie

I've been doing some looking on the forums and parts sites to get an idea of upgrades. I think I have a pretty good list of common ones as I'm not looking to get die-hard into racing or anything. I'd just like to clean up the sound and performance, raise a few ponies and improve the handling. Below are a few questions I've come across, apologies if they should be in the "No duh" category.

Would bolt-on tips make sense with an aftermarket system? If memory serves most of the recommended kits come with tips. Are they usually welded on or bolted, for those who have them? I'd kind of like to put some black tips on but the two main sets I've seen/like are bolt-on.

I doubt it but any difference between the boost sensor taps, besides appearance? I've seen three so far (NM, Alta, and one other).

Similar question about the NM short shift adapter and the Helix short shift adapter, any difference beyond price/appearance?

This probably goes in the category of "Put the tools down," but here goes: The Forge blow-off adapter & Forge blow-off valve are two separate upgrades correct? The adapter doesn't come with the valve kit?

Is 22mm a good bet for a rear sway bar, or would 19mm be more practical since there'll probably be a minimum of track days? From what I read it's close, but the stiffest on the 19 is labeled as the lightest on the 22.

I think that was the bulk of it for now. Since folks tend to like reading what others are going with (or went with) I might post a list of everything I'm looking at putting together to get input in case anyone knows of something not working with something else, etc. Thanks!
