rocker panel scratch repair

Recently noticed this on the passenger side of my '06 JCW.
Any suggestions on how to fix? Repaint? Replace?

TIA

I think I'd start with some sort of solvent like mineral spirits, WD-40, or a wax/oil remover to see what will come off. Then a mild polish like Scratch X. I had some transfer to a mirror cover and Scratch X brought it back to near perfect; a little wax follow-up and it was good to go.

Goo Gone or Oops could also be tried, but I'd rinse after using them. Good luck...

Upon close examination it looks like the black paint has been taken off and it is red underneath.
