Motored Replaced for the second time. Help

So as the title states i am currently having my motor replaced for the second time in 5 months. This will be the third motor in the car. First time was the timing issue. this time is something went wrong with the vac pump, with no warning or no codes came up on the car. the car is a 2009 JCW hardtop and i am not the original owner of the car car has 32k on the odometer and 3200 on the new motor. the help i need is some advice how to get bmw of NA to replace the car. i think i have reached that line of too much is too much. I dont feel safe in the car because i dont know when something is going to happen with me in it or with my whole family in it.

Any Information anyone has will help.

Thanks

I think lemon laws would be the only recourse but they typically only benefit the original owner.

Have you looked into the Lemon Law in your state? It may or may not apply here since you're not the original owner, but it's worth a shot. I'd also start working my way through the complaint process BMW describes in the owner's manual; all manufacturers make accommodations for owners of vehicles that are truly "bad" through their customer satisfaction departments.
