If you look on motoringfile.com, you will see that Morristown MINI offers 20% off on all parts, so maybe you can just ask your local dealer to match this offer.

I ordered mine from http://mini.sewellparts.com/ and came already painted to the right colour. You can also get it primed only.

When I bought it, there was a promo with free shipping, so I can't say. But just go on their web site, put whatever you want to buy in the basket and estimate the shipping for your location.
