JCW mod?

hey guys,
i might purchase a 11 jcw soon, just wondering if you can still mod them and increase performance and stuff or this is it? 208 is all it gonna get?
i'm driving a mazdaspeed3 right now... do you think jcw will get there?

Easy to mod but expensive to mod.

Yes you can mod and probably most do. Good thing is the motor is still a N14 which means it hasn't changed and ecu mods are available. Also many parts are available.

Go down the forum list to "modifications" and then to sub-forum "drivetrain(CooperS)", lots of info there. Also you might get more responses in the sub-forum "Factory JCW". A FMIC (price varries) and an AccessPort ($895) tune will get you a nice noticable increase in HP and torque on a 2011 JCW, maybe in the 20HP range. Depending on your dealer this may effect your warranty. Would also recomend a NM Engineering Engine Torque Arm Insert ($60).
