These are Tenzo R Mach 10 wheels.
The Motegi Racing SP10's look similar but they have 10 drilled holes in the middle. This one has 8 drilled holes in the middle. Also the center is slightly different.

Found the wheel link from the blue Mini with the wheels. They are 18" Exel TZ10.
Very nice wheel also. This wheels is also discontinued.
