I just bought a '07 MCS with the JCW Tuning Kit. Since the ECU has been reprogrammed will it respond to mods very well? Is the air filter any good or should I get a true CAI? I would like to get a better exhaust and maybe a better turbo inlet tube. Any recommendations on mods that will work with my car? I have H&R springs arriving tomorrow. I would like just a little more power.

 

Is there anything you like about the upgrade? I've heard tons of positive things.

 

When I bought the car it already had the JCW Kit installed. I got a Accessport last week and it made a big difference. I wasn't sure how the AP would work with the JCW Tune but everything is great so far. New intercooler is next on my list.

 

I would do a few things to the suspension, namely 20 mm rear sway bar and camber plates up front. Makes the car feel much better in the turns.

Power wise, the Helix IC is a pretty good upgrade.
