Is there any reason the dealer installed kit wouldn't get you to 200hp now since the MCS is rated ~10hp higher?

Or would the kit only still get you to ~192hp?

Yeah...yeah...yeah...I know...aftermarket tune is better...but I'm one of those warranty-worry-warts.

No way of knowing until MINI releases the information. I'd assume it will still fit, but gains are still in the air.

No prob with the warranty stuff, I'm right there with you. But you are asking too much too early-- check around nov or dec this year, that's when the kits will be available for the 11s, along with the performance stats. It's normal for MINI to do this, to keep one step ahead of the non-oem modders.

I also imagine the 2011 kits will have to be tweaked for the modified all-Valvetronic engines and new engine manangement systems.

You that is a real good question becuase the factory JCWs will not be getting Vavletronic. They might have something or they might not. I guess we will have to wait and see when the new configurator and people start purchasing them.
