Coi,

With all due respect you will NEVER have a GP unless you get a GP. A GP is much more than the performance!! It is a complete machine and package deal that makes it unique and special. Any attempt to convert a nice S would simply make you a poser or just a typical MINI owner who youIfies his MINI .

Join the club and get a GP; there are good deals out there ....put a rear seat in it....it has been done....and you can change back.......and besides....you have a car (a MINI) to sell that has a better resale value than any other auto. Perhaps you could find a local GP owner who will let you see and drive one....you would be pleased !

Happy hunting in either case!

I agree. This would be pretty cool. Plus, you can still tinker and not feel bad about ruining a collector's item.

^another good point! plus i didnt mean to make an exact replica, just a few tidbits that i like from the GP

i know its not gonna be the real thing, in some cases i can make it better, but i know deep down inside its NOT a GP and im OK with that

Here is a link to the OEM kit from Mini Mania:

is this the best place to get the aero kit? highly considering it

thanx!

Agreed. My JCW mini can't hold a candle to my GP as far as performance goes. Aesthetically, I'll take my MCS JCW over my GP any day.
