I never installed coilovers before this so it was all new to me. It took me 10 hours but that was for coilovers, lower control arms. rear swaybar w/ links. It's a pretty straight forward install. Make sure you torque everything to specs. The top hats on the rear is where I had a clunk sound going over bumps. I didn't have torque specs when I put them on so I took them back off fixed that little problem. Getting the lines back in the brackets on the rear is real pain. The collars get in the way when they are down as far as I put them. Good Luck and Godspeed!

Thanks...we got them insatlled last night..took me 2 1/2 hours but, I have done these before just not on the Mini. They were really easy, I was taked back by how small and thin some of the suspension parts are. We almost got the ride height perfect and I am really happy with the way the springs perform...pictures to follow soon.

I'm not sure but I think those flappy things they are talking about are between the front and rear wheels on each side. I could be wrong though.

I put the H&R springs on which dropped my '07 MCS 1.2". It looks great with the aero kit and only scrapes on steep driveways. If you hit them at the right angle, it's not too much of a problem. I just put 18" wheels on and it closed the wheel well gap up nicely.
